Robert W. Hoke

Bob Hoke is a shareholder in the firm's Business, Finance, and Real Estate Department. His practice focuses on U.S. and international trademark registrations and oppositions, IP due diligence in transactions, technology transfer, and related licensing. As a former member of 3M Company's Office of Intellectual Property counsel, Bob has considerable experience with confidentiality agreements, employee agreements, consulting agreements, supply agreements, distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, patent and trademark licenses, and the intellectual property aspects of asset purchase agreements and stock purchase agreements, including the intellectual property due diligence associated with such agreements. Since moving to private practice, Bob has represented private companies, development stage companies, public companies, mature late stage companies, joint ventures, venture capital firms and private equity firms in many areas of the country with respect to intellectual property matters.
