David is an associate in the firm's
Litigation Department, practicing in general litigation. Before joining the firm, David practiced for two years with a firm in Chicago, and clerked for a federal judge in Des Moines.
David received his B.A. from Wheaton College in 1997. He graduated with high distinction and Order of the Coif from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2005.
