Cory Harris is a member of the firm’s
Business, Finance, and Real Estate Department and practices in the area of corporate and transactional law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, insurance transactions, leveraged buy-outs, securities and corporate finance, intellectual property, and franchising.
Cory received his B.B.A. from the University of Iowa, and his M.B.A. and J.D. from Drake University, where he graduated with high honors and Order of the Coif.
Cory currently serves as the co-chair of the firm's hiring committee.
