Steve Lytle’s practice includes representation of both husbands and wives in large asset cases involving complex business, property, and transactional matters; spousal support issues; division of executive compensation and benefits, including bonus arrangements, stock grants, options, and pension, and retirement assets; and related divorce tax issues. His practice includes representation of international clients, including cases arising under the Hague Convention.  Steve serves as a family law mediator for the District Court Mediation Program. He served on the Supreme Court Child Support Guideline Review Committee in 2003-2004 and co-chaired the committee in 2007-2008.

Speeches & Publications

Steve is a frequent speaker on family law topics, including retirement plans and their equitable distribution, preparation of QDROs, tax aspects of divorce, and creative solutions for complex business and transactional issues in dissolution of marriage proceedings. Steve was Consultant to the Editor for Pension Valuation Strategies in Divorce, by Marvin Snyder (Professional Education Systems, Inc. 1989).
