Michael Thrall has been elected President of the Iowa Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”). ABOTA is a national organization of experienced trial attorneys and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial provided by the Seventh Amendment to the United States Constitution. Membership in ABOTA is by invitation extended only to trial attorneys of high personal character and honorable reputation who have tried a minimum number of civil jury trials or major felony criminal trials to a jury verdict.
