A team from Nyemaster Goode represented Renewable Energy Group, Inc. in its successful completion of a roll-up transaction involving the acquisition of two publicly held biodiesel companies for stock in February 2010, followed closely by the asset purchase out of bankruptcy of a biodiesel facility and related debt and equity financing in April 2010.
