Two Talk at ISBA's Annual Commercial and Bankruptcy Law Seminar


 
Two Nyemaster Goode attorneys offered insight to legal challenges for corporations facing financial crisis at the Iowa State Bar Association's Annual Commercial and Bankruptcy Law Seminar held May 21.
Rod Kubat, a shareholder in the firm's Business, Finance and Real Estate Department, coordinated the seminar and also delivered the presentation "Director and Officer Fiduciary Duties Impact of Insolvency Update".
Randall Armentrout is a shareholder in the firm's Litigation and Labor and Employment Departments. His presentation, "Article 2A Finance Leases: Lessee Attempts to Escape from Hell and High Water", reviewed notable cases regarding issues with financial lease agreements.
