Construction and Development

Our Practice:
Nyemaster Goode represents clients in all areas of the construction industry. If litigation becomes necessary, our Litigation attorneys have experience in representing clients in state and federal courts on matters that include bid protests, contractor and designer claims for extras, architect and engineer malpractice claims, declaratory judgment actions on insurance coverage, claims for defective work, personal injury suits, investigations concerning misapplication of government funds, mechanics' liens, and disputes with bonding companies over completion of projects in default.  View a description of our construction and development trial practice at Construction and Real Estate Litigation.
