Our Practice:
Nyemaster Goode advises clients of all types and sizes with respect to electronic commerce (E-Commerce) needs, ranging from emerging companies to those that are publicly traded. Our attorneys advise clients on all facets of E-Commerce transactions, including negotiating web development and web hosting agreements, creating privacy statements and web site use provisions, drafting application service provider agreements, statements of work, and performance specifications, and drafting and negotiating the license agreements necessary to protect our clients' intellectual property in the electronic environment. We assist clients in creating an effective way to market their goods and services in the electronic world without sacrificing the protection and productivity they have come to expect from their traditional methods of conducting business.

Creating and licensing a complete electronic commerce solution for a national vending machine company.
Licensing of an Internet-based system for the determination of the medical necessity of certain outpatient diagnostic imaging services for health insurer with annual license fees between $2.0-$2.5 million. 
Licensing of Internet-based outsourced call center for customer service department of health insurer with first year license fees of $750,000.
Licensing of Internet-based application and account management process for group insureds of health insurer with first year license fees between $1.0-$1.25 million.
Licensing of Internet-based outsourcing of order fulfillment process, warehousing, mainframe services and marketing program operation with first year license fees between $700,000-$750,000.
