David T. Bower

David is a shareholder in the firm’s Litigation Department and the Intellectual Property Department. He has litigated matters in a variety of fields, including commercial, personal injury, products liability, and employment litigation.

David also has significant experience in the area of intellectual property litigation, including representing clients in patent infringement disputes in federal district courts across the country.

Prior to joining the firm, David practiced in the Chicago office of Winston & Strawn, LLP, and clerked for the Honorable Ronald E. Longstaff, United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa.

David earned his law degree with high distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif.
