Michael C. Joyce

Michael Joyce is a member of the Tax, Estate Planning, and Employee Benefits Department, practicing primarily in the areas of executive compensation and employee benefits. Michael counsels companies, compensation committees and executives in a range of executive compensation matters, including employment and separation arrangements, deferred compensation, equity compensation, and change-in-control matters. He also counsels companies on all aspects of employer-provided benefits, including qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and legal compliance and correction. Prior to joining Nyemaster Goode, Michael practiced with a Chicago law firm.

Michael received his B.A. in English from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law.
