Bill Boyd Presents in Series of ABA Webinars

Nyemaster Goode attorney Bill Boyd will be participating on a panel presenting a three-part series of webinars titled “Nonprofit Issues for the ‘Non’ Nonprofit Lawyer.” The webinars, which are presented by the American Bar Association, will focus on basic rules of nonprofit organization formation, tax issues, and governance.
   
Bill is a member of the firm’s Business, Finance & Real Estate group and practices in the areas of corporate law (organization, operation, and planning), regulatory law (financial institutions, health, insurance, and government contracts), and commercial law (secured loans, mergers, and acquisitions).
