Jim Wine Speaks on Commercial Real Estate Financing at National CLE Conference

Jim Wine, a shareholder in the firm's Business, Finance and Real Estate Department, spoke at the Law Education Institute's 29th Annual National CLE Conference held January 5-8, 2012 in Aspen, Colorado. Jim spoke in the Real Estate/Land Use program on the topic "Commercial Real Estate Financing in the Post-Recession Economy." The presentation focused on new underwriting requirements imposed by lenders for real estate lending transactions, as well as changes to loan documentation arising from the downturn in commercial real estate markets. Jim regularly represents life insurance companies and other institutional investors in connection with their commercial real estate lending programs.

Offering eight program tracks, the National CLE Conference annually draws approximately 1,000 attorneys and other professionals from around the country in the areas of bankruptcy, civil litigation, employee benefits, family law, health law, intellectual property, labor and employment, and real estate/land use law.
